Work experience now keeps its order on your public profile too
Jobs are sorted newest first by year and month everywhere: in your talent profile, on member cards, and on your shared public link. Thanks to a member report for spotting that the public page had been left out.

Posts from members now come first in the feed
What members write themselves no longer gets buried under automatic updates. At the top of the feed, under From members, you'll now see posts, questions, offers and polls that members shared in the last 7 days, above This week. Posts you haven't seen yet have a New label, so you can spot what's fresh at a glance. Share some news and it will be the first thing other members see.

Add a screenshot to a feature suggestion
You can now attach a screenshot when you suggest a feature, the same way you can when you report a bug. Open Feedback, choose Suggest a Feature and tap Attach a screenshot. A picture often shows what you mean faster than words.

See who else is taking a course
Open a course and scroll down to Class discussion. It now shows how many members read the course in the last 30 days, so you can tell whether someone is around to answer your question. If nobody else is there yet, your question still reaches the community feed, and Floria answers it.
- New
Trending skills by area of work
Trending skills are now grouped by area of work, such as healthcare, tech or sales. Open Career and tap Job skills in demand, or tap See all job skills, by area under Job skills on the right side of the feed. Scroll down to By area and open an area to see everything in demand there.

Herizon Career Advisor
Floria can now act as your career advisor. Ask about career paths, skills to develop, or how to position yourself for your next role — she draws on real job market data and your profile to give tailored guidance.
- New
Career profiler
A new quiz that maps your skills and interests to career paths you might not have considered. Answer a few questions and get personalised suggestions — including paths that match your background with or without additional training.

Edit hover tooltips disappear on hover
Tooltips for editing posts (emoji, formatting) no longer vanish when you move the mouse to click them.

Skill levels explained on your career goal
Every goal now has a "How verification levels work" card: Knows means a course, a quiz or your own claim; Has done means a reviewed work sample or a member who worked with you confirms it; Has shipped and Has been paid are confirmed from a job on your work history. Each skill also says why the role asks for that level, and skills that need Has shipped now have a "Confirm from your work history" step.

Credit where it is due
Several What's new posts came from member requests but did not say so. They now show who suggested them, and the notifications for those went out.

You choose which emails you get
Email preferences under your profile now let you switch to "Only essentials" (login links and receipts, nothing else), pick how often you get the Herizon email (weekly, monthly or never), and turn each type on or off. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link and a "Stop all emails" link, and unsubscribing works without logging in.
We also send less: one weekly email replaces three digests, it only goes to members who have used the portal recently, and nobody gets more than four non-essential emails in two weeks.
- New
Work samples are now reviewed
If you submitted work to prove a skill, it had been waiting for a review, some since May. Reviews now happen daily: you get a note on what was convincing or what is missing, and an adequate or strong review verifies the skill at Has done. Staff can still overrule a review.

Long What's new titles no longer get cut off
In the feed's This week section, a long What's new title was clipped to one line. Titles now wrap.
- New
Skill pages show what else roles ask for
Each skill page now has "Often required alongside": the skills that appear with it in job ads far more than usual, ranked by how much more often rather than by raw count, so role-specific skills rise above the soft skills that show up everywhere. Below it, "Roles that ask for this" lists the job titles that mention the skill most.
- New
Course completions are real posts you can discuss
Finishing a course now creates a post in the feed. People can react with 🎉 (that is what "congratulate" does now), reply in a thread, or message you from it. Completions from the last month were converted too.
- New
Trending job skills show when they changed and where each skill was last month
The job skills lists now say when the data last changed and carry an "Updated" tag for a week after a refresh. Each skill also shows its position last month (↑ ↓ or New) once we have two months of history, so the first arrows appear in October.

Career goals no longer point at a course that can't close the gap
Finishing a course verifies a skill at "Knows". When a goal asks for "Has done", the skill row kept suggesting the very course you had just finished. It no longer offers a course you have completed or one that can't raise the level, on the goal screen, the Learn tab, the goal picker and your pivot track. Submitting work or getting a reference is the way to "Has done".

Course progress sits at the top of the course
The progress bar used to sit in the right-hand column, away from the course. It now sits at the top of the course content on every device, and tapping it opens your next unfinished lesson.

Swipe down to refresh
Pull down at the top of any tab, Feed, Learn, Connect, Career or Profile, to reload it. This now works on mobile web too, which never had a pull gesture before, not only in the app.

My requests: open items first, with filters
My requests now lists what is still live first: In progress, then Waiting, Blocked and Declined, with Shipped at the end and newest first inside each group. Filter chips (Open, Shipped, Declined, All) default to Open.
We can now decline a request too, and you will see why: blocked and declined items show their reason.
