Congrats notifications open the right place
Tapping a "congratulated you" notification took you back to the course you had just finished. It now opens the profile of the member who congratulated you.
- Fixed
Product Manager goal now points at the right course
The Product Manager career goal asked for Prioritization, Roadmapping and Stakeholder Management, but no course was tagged with them, so the only options were to submit outside work or get a reference. PM essentials teaches all three. Its chapters are now tagged, so the goal links you to the course and passing its quiz verifies those skills.
- Fixed
Clearer feedback on written quiz answers
Written answers used to show two overlapping checklists, a tick that moved around, and no explanation for a full or partial score. Each written question now shows what full points required and what we found in your answer, with the reasoning behind the score.
- Fixed
Plain-language skill status on career goals
Skill rows on a career goal read like internal notes ("this goal wants Knows"). They now say what matters: Verified at "Knows", Verified at "Knows" · needs "Has done", or Not verified yet · needs "Has done".
- Fixed
Feedback page fits on narrow screens
On phones in landscape, the Feedback page intro ran off the edge and hid the My requests link. The header now wraps, and My requests is always visible.
- New
Skill pages list every course in the same area
A skill page used to show only courses tagged with that exact skill, so AI Engineering offered just the harness engineering course. Under "Learn this skill" you will now also find "More courses in AI & Data" (or whichever area the skill belongs to), beginner courses first.
- Improved
Easier English in courses
We measured every course page for readability and rewrote the seven hardest to a B2 level: shorter sentences, plainer words, same content. New and edited pages are now checked for this before they ship. A few idioms in the portal itself, like "keeping us in the loop", were replaced with plain wording too.

Course discussions open properly
Tapping a discussion inside a course failed with an error. Discussions now open with the full conversation, and "+N more replies" on a question in the feed opens the whole thread.
- Fixed
Notifications scroll to the right post
Opening a "your suggestion shipped" notification highlighted the post but left you at the top of the page. It now scrolls straight to the highlighted post.
- Fixed
Unread dots clear without a refresh
Reading your messages now clears the unread dots everywhere — the bell, the chat list and the active chats rail, in both DMs and group chats — without a page refresh.
- Fixed
Credit where credit is due
Some earlier posts that shipped a member suggestion were missing their "Suggested by" tag. The workflow now flags untagged posts so shipped suggestions cannot lose their credit, and we are tagging the older posts.
- Fixed
Find your requests on the Feedback page
The My requests link was invisible because of a layout bug — everything you sent us was always saved, just hard to find. It now sits at the top of the Feedback page, with the status of each report and suggestion.
- New
See and edit your requests
Your filed bug reports and feature suggestions now have a home: My requests, top right on the Feedback page. Track their status, and edit anything we have not started on yet — no more messaging us to fix a typo.
- New
Tell us you are going
External events now have an "I am going" button — mark yourself as going and see how many others are attending, so you can find each other there.

Two new courses: Kubernetes and risk management
Kubernetes and risk management are among the fastest-rising skills in job postings right now, and neither had a course — now both do. Find Kubernetes fundamentals under AI & tools and Risk management fundamentals under Career & employability.

Courses caught up with the AI era
The UX design course has a new lesson on going straight from idea to a live, AI-built version — and when the classic prototype route still wins. The SEO, data analytics, content marketing, and getting-hired courses got the same treatment: AI as the accelerant, your judgment and voice as what sets you apart.

Vouching, and quizzes that play fair
- Someone saw you do the work? That counts now. Not every skill leaves files behind, especially leadership. You can ask a mentor or an employed member who has seen you in action to vouch for a skill, and it verifies at "Has done", shown honestly as a peer reference on your public profile.
- Quizzes play fair. We rewrote the answer options across all course quizzes so they cannot be passed by ruling out the silly options, and a failed attempt no longer reveals the correct answers before a retake. Your certificates mean more now.
- New
Courses now talk back
Two new ways to not study alone:
- Ask Floria about any course. Every course now has an "Ask Floria about this course" button. She has read the whole thing, so she can explain a topic another way, quiz you on it, or argue it out with you if you disagree with something in the material.
- Class discussion. Ask your classmates a question right from the course page. Your question shows up in the community feed and on the course itself, and Floria chips in too.

Top 5 mentor suggestions
The mentor list now shows your 5 best matches instead of 20, so the skills search is back on screen where it belongs. The matching itself is unchanged: you still see your most relevant mentors first.

Introductions has its own room
There is now a dedicated Introductions room in Chat, open to everyone. New to Herizon? Say hi: who you are, what you are working on, and what brought you here. The Get started checklist points there too.
