Companies needing interns, it's your time to act!
Herizon Internship Programs just started last quarter, and we have interns ready to show you their skills. Students are majoring in tech and business. Many are interested in using, implementing and automating with AI. Internships run 10-12 weeks, and students in the program have completed a two-week bootcamp where they learned the expectations of Finnish work life. Participating is free for companies.

Communication skills had the largest relative gain in September 2026, doubling to 1,327 mentions, while Customer Service rose 79% to 5,410, and Security Engineer postings climbed 43% to 2,110.
August 2026 labor market report
AI skill mentions soared 637% to 8,594 and Account Executive postings jumped 645% to 5,567, as August鈥檚 data showed a tech-driven, remote-heavy market expansion.
