herizon.io is the public website of Herizon, a community and set of programs for international talent in Finland. It publishes information about the community, our programs, courses, tools, research, articles and newsletters. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Creating an account in the member portal, or using a separate product such as the application assistant or the resume parser API, may come with additional terms on that product. Where they differ, the product terms apply to that product.

What we publish about programs, courses, events, labour market figures and job search is general information. It is not legal, immigration, tax or career advice, and it is not a promise of a job, an interview or a result. Programs, dates, requirements and eligibility can change, and some are by application. Check the program page, and ask us if something is unclear, before you plan around it.

We try to keep the site accurate and say when a page was published or last updated. We cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current. See how we write.

The text, graphics, logos, course materials and software on this site belong to Herizon or to the people and organizations that licensed them to us. You may read them, share links to them and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back. You may not copy whole pages or courses, resell them, or present them as your own without written permission. The Herizon name and logos may be used by press under the guidance in the media kit.

If you send us content, such as a comment, a testimonial or a story for an article, you confirm that it is yours to share and you allow us to publish it on our channels. Tell us if you want it removed.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping that harms the service, no impersonation, and no use of the contact form or community spaces to send spam or harmful content. We may limit or remove access if this happens.

The site links to websites and services run by others, such as employers, universities, partner organizations and social media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

The site and its information are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Herizon is not liable for losses that come from relying on the information here or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

How we collect and use personal data is described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms when the site, our programs or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by Finnish law.
