Companies needing interns, it's your time to act!

Herizon Internship Programs just started last quarter, and we have interns ready to show you their skills. Students are majoring in tech and business. Many are interested in using, implementing and automating with AI. Internships run 10-12 weeks, and students in the program have completed a two-week bootcamp where they learned the expectations of Finnish work life. Participating is free for companies.

What happened in Q3 2026

This quarter, Herizon’s community grew in membership and programming. Highlights include a range of new courses and expanded partner engagement, all tracked to measurable progress for international professionals in Finland.

• The Herizon community now includes 4,221 members from 129 countries, with 84 new members joining last month.
• A total of 795 community members started a new job during the quarter, and 155 secured employment last month.
• Seventeen new partner companies joined the HIP network this quarter, which now totals 44 matches to date.
• One community event was hosted during the quarter.
• Sixteen new courses launched, including 'When the job goes wrong,' 'Agile and Scrum in practice,' 'Finnish for interviews,' and 'Web development fundamentals.'
• Three monthly labor market reports were published covering July, August, and September 2026.
• Numerous portal features debuted, such as peer mentorship, a consolidated job hunt dashboard, new notifications, and upgrades to chat and mentorship suggestions.

• 155 community members reported being employed last month.
• 1 were in an internship, 0 were freelancing.
• 0 new internship placements last quarter, 46 matches in total, across 218 partner companies.

What's next

The platform continues to offer foundational courses in areas such as SaaS business, risk management, Kubernetes, web development, and machine learning. No public events are currently scheduled, but ongoing work will maintain the platform’s support for members’ career development.
