The situation you work through
Elina, a made-up junior recruiter at Nordlight Software in Helsinki, runs one hire for a customer support specialist: she fixes the ad, screens 84 applications, interviews 6 with a structured kit, checks what she may ask and collect, answers a rejected candidate and sets the data retention.
Your practice task
Build a hiring pack for one vacancy, real or imagined. Rewrite its ad so that it names no protected ground, ties any language level to a task and has a pay range or the question you would ask for it. Write a structured interview kit with 5 competencies, the same questions, a 1 to 5 scale with anchors and a note template that records only job-relevant data. Write a retention rule with its reason, a talent pool consent text, a rejection email and the written account you would send on request. Name the act and section for each rule. Submit it as one document.
