Your practice task

Pick one real job you are preparing for and record three answers on your phone: your pitch in present, past, future order, a STAR answer about a tight deadline or a conflict, and your answer to the greatest weakness question. Check each against the checklist and re-record the weakest one. Submit the written text of your pitch, the written text of your STAR answer, and two sentences on which answer scored worst and what you changed in the second take.
