Who it is for
Members who take notes at work, start a new job, or want to use an AI notetaker well. No technical background needed. The course is made for the Herizon community of international professionals in Finland.
The situation you work through
Priya Nair, a made-up junior project coordinator in Helsinki, takes notes for the weekly team meeting and one customer call at Merikatu Software (also made up) with Granola: she gets consent first, turns off training, sets up a template and checks the AI notes against her memory.
Your practice task
Do Priya's first month on your own meeting. Turn off the training setting, make a meeting template, and note one real or practice meeting after saying the script and recording who agreed and how. Edit the note and check its action items against your memory. Submit one document with your template, the consent record, a line confirming the training setting is off and where you found it, and the edited note with your memory list and what you changed after opening the source.
